Walker River Housing Department's Work Order Process:
Step 1: Call the WRHD Office at (775) 773-2334 to report your issue. *At the time of the call a Work Order will be generated for assessment ONLY Step 2: Upon assessment the Maintenance Crew or Force Account Crew will determine the cost of materials needed to address the issue. *It is the responsibility of homebuyers and homeowners to procure materials needed. All materials must be purchased prior to any work being done. The WRHD accepts cash, check, money orders, and credit/debit cards. Step 3: Upon work completion the resident will need to sign off that the work is complete on the Work Order. |
