How long will I be on the waiting list?
There is not a specific time frame, due to the availability of units. 
Does the WRHD have emergency housing?
No, not at this time.
​Does the WRHD have preferences?
Yes, based on the Waiting List Point System.​
First Time Applicant - 20 points
Tribal Member - 20 points
Tribal Elder - 20 points
Each Child - 5 points
*Tribally Enrolled Children - additional 25 points
*If you have been on the Waiting List for 6 months - 1 year, you will receive an additional 20 points.
*If you have been on the Waiting List for more than 1 year, you will receive an additional 25 points.
I have no income at this time, can I still apply? 
You are more than welcome to apply, however you will not be placed on the waiting list as you do not meet income requirements. ​
How often do I need to update my housing application to remain on the waiting list?
Annually.​
Are tenants responsible for repairs?
Tenants are responsible for any damages other than normal wear and tear. 
Can I add another person to my family composition?
Yes, but the head-of-household must receive prior approval from the WRHD. 
How long can a friend/visitor/relative stay?
Up to 30 days.
