1.2 Description of Proposals Sought:The Walker River Paiute Housing Department (“WRPT Housing”) is seeking qualified professional consulting firms and individuals to provide architectural and engineering support, project management services, and construction-related support services on an as-needed basis.
Professional services may include assistance with housing development activities, rehabilitation and modernization projects, infrastructure improvements, construction coordination, project management, procurement support, funding coordination, and related activities necessary to support WRPT Housing programs and operations.
WRPT Housing intends to establish one or more professional services agreements with qualified firms capable of supporting current and future housing, infrastructure, modernization, rehabilitation, community development, and related Tribal housing initiatives.
Firms or individuals with demonstrated experience working with Tribal governments, TDHEs, federally funded housing programs, HUD-funded programs, NAHASDA-related activities, and housing or infrastructure projects are encouraged to submit proposals in response to this RFP.
